Having held CEO and COO roles alongside my H&S career, I understand how every part of a business connects. I know what boards expect, what regulators are looking for, and I know that H&S advice which ignores commercial reality never sticks. I work inside the constraints of your business, not around them.

VICTORIAN GOVERNMENT
Lead Consultant
The Victorian Government wanted to engage the construction industry on gender equality but didn't have a method to do it. I designed the program from scratch — influencing government stakeholders to back a more innovative and inclusive approach than the one they had in mind. Over 12 months I led everything: industry consultation, change methodology development, full event management, MC and facilitation on the day.
245 people attended in person or virtually, across 155 businesses and groups
210 ideas captured; 28 prototypes created for implementation across the industry

SAFETY ON TAP
Chief Operating Officer
Joined as COO to scale a one-person H&S coaching business into a structured, repeatable group program. Led all business operations including marketing, sales, technology infrastructure, and program design and delivery.
Scaled from individual coaching to 12-month group programs serving AusNet, Roche, BMD, Federation University, and Frasers Property amongst many others.
Designed and delivered group and 1:1 coaching to H&S practitioners across Australia, NZ, and the US

MIRVAC
GROUP HSE MANAGER - PHYSICAL &
PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH
Engaged to design and implement Mirvac’s HSE strategy with a specific focus on improving the mental health and wellbeing of employees across a $1.5 billion property group.
Designed and deployed a group-wide capability program for 500+ people leaders called Care for Self, Care for Others - helping leaders to improve work design and reduce psychosocial risks
Developed the Compromised Mental Health framework, taking a care and risk-based approach to supporting people experiencing reduced mental health
Implemented a full psychosocial risk management program including advanced risk assessment software, consultation methods and focus groups to identify and control risks across the business
